Bacon Jam

Eat on literally EVERYTHING (burgers, pancakes, sautéed veggies etc)

Ingredients
- 2 packages of bacon
- 1 medium onion rough chopped
- 5 cloves minced garlic
- ½ C brown sugar
- ½ C brewed coffee
- ½ C whiskey
- ¼ C maple syrup
- 1T balsamic vinegar
- 1T grainy mustard
Instructions
- Chop bacon and sauté in a deep pan.
- Drain and put bacon aside.
- Using the same pan sauté onions and garlic for 4-5 minutes until translucent.
- Add the bacon and all other ingredients to the pan.
- Keep it on medium heat until reduced, and thickened. (About 30-40 min)
- Finish by using an immersion blender until it’s the consistency of jam🙌🏻
