Fresh sliced potatoes tossed in duck fat, garlic, rosemary and flake salt.

Ingredients
- 4 Russet potatoes, sliced into fries
- 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 t chopped rosemary
- 1 T Duck fat, melted
- 1 T Avocado oil
- 2t + Flake salt
- 1 t chopped parsley for topping
Instructions
- Chop potatoes and place directly into ice water for 30-40 minutes.
- Preheat grill to 425F
- Combine duck fat, oil, rosemary, and garlic in a big bowl. Remove potatoes from ice water and dry thoroughly. Toss potatoes into the duck fat mix and place on parchment lined baking sheets in a single layer. Sprinkle salt to taste.
- Cook for 30 minutes, flip fries, and cook for an additional 15 minutes until golden and crispy. Dust with parsley. Wash hands, and serve.
