Ingredients
- Ground beef (not too lean)
- Brie
- Salt
- Pepper
- Worcestershire sauce
- Sweet yellow onion
- 2T Butter
- ¼ C Whiskey
Instructions
- Place ¼ slice of brie into the center of the patty.
- Smoke about 20 minutes
- Thinly slice one sweet yellow onion and place in hot pan with 2T of butter
- When onions are translucent, add ¼ C of whiskey
- Caramelize about 5-8 minutes
