Ingredients
- 1 pineapple, cored and peeled
- 1 Lb thick cut bacon, latticed
- 1–2 Sausages or links
- 2T sweet rub
Instructions
- Put the sausages in the core of the pineapple, cover in bacon and secure with toothpicks.
- Sprinkle rub and smoke at 250F for about 4 hours until bacon is crisp.
