- Sour apple schnapps
- Traeger pork and poultry seasoning
- Inject pork with Sour Apple Schnapps and pork and poultry seasoning.
- Cover in more seasoning.
- Super smoke for an internal temp of 160F.
- Put in a foil pan with more schnapps and cover.
- Smoke a few more hours for an internal temp of 204F
