Balsamic and red wine reduction
Description
Serve with cheese, over meat, on pizza, veggies, or as a salad dressing.

Ingredients
- 2 C red wine
- 1 C balsamic vinegar
- ¾ C sugar
Instructions
- Combine ingredients and boil on medium-low heat about 1 hour or until reduced by ⅔. It should be the consistency of syrup.
- Let cool and serve with cheese, over meat, on pizza, veggies, or as a salad dressing.
