Ingredients

  • Rack of Lamb
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Dijon mustard
  • Rosemary
  • Parsley
  • Panko Crumbs

Instructions

  1. Sear rack of lamb with extra virgin olive oil and salt and pepper.
  2. Cover in Dijon Mustard, Rosemary, Parsley and Panko Crumbs.
  3. Smoke at 375F until it hits an internal temp of 150F
