Ingredients
- Rack of Lamb
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and Pepper
- Dijon mustard
- Rosemary
- Parsley
- Panko Crumbs
Instructions
- Sear rack of lamb with extra virgin olive oil and salt and pepper.
- Cover in Dijon Mustard, Rosemary, Parsley and Panko Crumbs.
- Smoke at 375F until it hits an internal temp of 150F
