Smoked-Brie Stuffed Burgers

Smoked-brie stuffed burgers with whiskey caramelized onions and bacon jam.


Scale

Ingredients

  • Ground beef (not too lean)
  • Brie
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Sweet yellow onion
  • 2T Butter
  • ¼ C Whiskey

Instructions

  1. Place ¼ slice of brie into the center of the patty.
  2. Smoke about 20 minutes
  3. Thinly slice one sweet yellow onion and place in hot pan with 2T of butter
  4. When onions are translucent, add ¼ C of whiskey
  5. Caramelize about 5-8 minutes
