Grilled Brioche French Toast

Ingredients
- 1 loaf of brioche bread
- 4 eggs
- ¾ C milk
- 2T sugar
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of cinnamon
- 1t vanilla bean paste
- 2T butter
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to 400F with the grill pan inside.
- Slice bread and set aside. Combine all other ingredients in a shallow dish.
- Melt 2T butter in the grill pan until browned.
- Dip 3-4 slices of bread into the milk mix and place evenly on the hot grill.
- After 3-4 minutes flip. Continue until all bread and mix are gone.
- Serve with any and all topping you can think of.
