“I think I’ve outdone myself” Tri-tip sandwich

Ingredients
- Leftover smoked tri-tip
- Havarti cheese
- Bacon jam
- Sourdough baguette
Instructions
- Layer meat and cheese on flat side of baguette
- Broil until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
- Put a hefty layer of bacon jam on the top half of the baguette and combine.
