“I think I’ve outdone myself” Tri-tip sandwich

Best. leftovers. Ever.


Ingredients

  • Leftover smoked tri-tip
  • Havarti cheese
  • Bacon jam
  • Sourdough baguette

Instructions

  1. Layer meat and cheese on flat side of baguette
  2. Broil until the cheese is melted and bubbling. 
  3. Put a hefty layer of bacon jam on the top half of the baguette and combine.
