Ingredients
- 25–30 Asparagus
- 1–2 T Extra virgin olive oil
- 2t peppercorn salt
- ½ t lemon zest
- Juice from ¼ lemon
Instructions
- Toss all ingredients and smoke at 450F for 10-15 minutes until the tops are crispy, and edges are browned. You can place them directly on the grates too.
